Who We Are

DoseTrace is a document preparation service for independent pharmacies, operated by Kynth Studios. For the purposes of data protection law, Kynth Studios is the data controller of your personal information. You can contact us at dosetrace@kynth.studio.

What Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Contact information — your name, email address, pharmacy name, state licence number and licensed-staff headcount, when you purchase a binder

• Correspondence — the intake answers you send us by email, and any other messages or enquiries

• Usage data — how you interact with this site, including pages visited and time spent on site

• Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to hear from us about DSCSA deadline changes

• What the free checker does not collect — the exemption checker on our home page stores nothing. Your answers are assessed in the request and discarded; no email address is asked for and no record is kept

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and prepare the binder you purchased

• Produce the documents themselves — your pharmacy name, licence number, wholesalers and staff appear in them because that is what makes them a record

• Tell you if FDA changes the November 2026 date, where you have opted in

• Improve this site and understand how it is used

• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following grounds:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you

• Consent — where you have opted in to hear from us

• Contract — where processing is necessary to prepare and deliver the binder you paid for

• Legal obligation — where we are required to process your data by law

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep the intake and delivery record of a purchased binder for six years, which matches the retention period the binder itself sets out, so we can reproduce what we prepared and when. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Free checker answers are never stored at all.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that run this service: Stripe (payments and the pharmacy details collected at checkout), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (our database), Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (site analytics). We do not send your pharmacy’s details to any AI provider.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time

• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
