Terms of Service

Last Updated: Jul 24, 2026

By using dosetrace.kynth.studio or purchasing a binder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the Service Is

DoseTrace prepares a DSCSA readiness binder for your pharmacy from the answers you give us: an exemption determination, a trading-partner verification log, three standard operating procedures, a tracing response runbook, a training attestation and a records retention plan. It is compliance documentation, not legal advice, and it is not an EPCIS or serialization platform — we do not move, host or transmit any transaction data. You agree that:

  • The information you give us at intake is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You will read the documents before signing them and correct anything that does not match how your pharmacy actually operates

  • You are the one attesting to the contents — a signed attestation is your statement, not ours

  • You will not resell or redistribute the binder as a template for other pharmacies

No Account, and Honest Refusals

There is no account and no login — the binder is delivered to the email address used at checkout. Some orders we will not fill: if you list no wholesalers, if your licensed headcount is above the 25-employee threshold, or if the order arrives after 27 November 2026, the work stops and a person reviews it before anything is produced. Where we cannot honestly produce the record, we refund you. Contact us at dosetrace@kynth.studio with any question about an order.

Intellectual Property

The binder we prepare for you is yours. You may print it, file it, revise it and show it to an inspector or a state board without restriction, and you do not need our permission to do so. What remains ours is the underlying document system — the templates, structure and wording we use to produce binders for every customer. You may not repackage or resell that as a product of your own.

Payment

A binder is $499, charged once. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring fee, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We priced it this way deliberately, because a regulatory deadline can move and a subscription priced against a date that shifts is unfair to the customer. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We may change the price for future orders, which does not affect an order already placed.

Refunds

Ask us for a full refund at any point before your binder is generated and you will get one, no questions. Once the binder has been produced and delivered it is a bespoke document carrying your pharmacy’s details, so it is non-refundable — except where the law says otherwise, or where we got something wrong, in which case we will correct it or refund you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kynth Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the binder. Specifically: we are not your attorney or your regulatory consultant, a binder is not a guarantee that an inspection will be passed, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of information you gave us at intake or for what you sign.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The binder states a regulatory position that was accurate on the date it was prepared; if FDA changes the date or the scope of the small-dispenser exemption after that, the documents describe the position as it stood, and we make no warranty that they remain current. The free exemption checker is a reading of the rule against the six answers you gave it — it is not a determination, and it does not account for anything you did not tell it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and they apply to orders placed after that date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York.
